Benchmark users update our system with comments, activity codes, Root Cause codes, and other actions all day while using our work portal screens as their primary point of reference. All such additional data can be fed back to you as a “comments” file for import into your core systems.
Users will update your core systems directly with “core” data, such as Patient Demographic Data, Payments, and Adjustments.
