Benchmark’s integrated approach to productivity provides unmatched accuracy and true insight into your revenue cycle.
As workers engage in the Benchmark system, their presence is tracked in terms of time and actions taken. This includes the setting of activity codes that carry with them a standardized and a peer score. This permits a qualitative productivity score to be assigned to each individual.
These worker activity logs exist inside Benchmark’s Data Core, allowing any report, such as denials or AR to be produced and grouped by individual workers, their managers, their departments, and so on. Such information allows for a success score to be added to the productivity score to yield an accurate insight into the overall effectiveness of any worker.
Pulling data from other systems that keep track of what accounts workers touched, such as coding systems, can also drive the Benchmark Productivity System, so that all workers, whether using a Benchmark Work Portal or not can be viewed seamlessly with ROI analytics.
The historical trend functions of the Reporting Engine permit accurate analysis of individuals and groups for the purpose of identifying both training needs and star performers.
All indicators can be red-yellow-green alerted so that you can set worker goals and forget them, that is, until a worker shows signs of needing help.
